Digital products and the shop
Our shop sells digital goods only — PDF buying guides and video courses, generally priced from $49 to $299. When you complete a purchase, you'll receive access by email at the address you provide, typically immediately or within a few minutes. It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address and to check spam or filtered folders. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share access to our digital products.
Refunds on digital goods
Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered. That said, we want customers to be satisfied: if a product fails to download, is corrupted, was charged in error, or was materially not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right, which may include redelivery or a refund at our discretion. Refund requests outside these circumstances are reviewed case by case.
